Kayleigh Fancher began her volleyball journey more than a decade ago and transitioned from player to coach in 2024. Originally a pin hitter, she developed versatility by mastering every position on the court. Known for her unwavering commitment, determination, and strong court presence, Kayleigh now channels six years of club experience and a decade in the sport into guiding the next generation of athletes. She motivates players to work hard regardless of circumstances, compete relentlessly, fight for every ball, and – above all – always give 100% effort.
