2025-2026 TRYOUTS
Evaluation Window starts the day after NTR Bid Regionals (May 3-4, 2025). Verbal or non-binding offers without signature may begin to be made two (2) weeks after the Evaluation Window opens by any club to any player in the region at this time. Official binding written offers and exchange of money is not allowed until the Acceptance Date. The Acceptance Date is the Tuesday after the last of competition for all ages groups at USAV GJNC. Club Directors may make binding offers and may accept any form of payment on or after the Acceptance Date.
- Evaluation Window Opens: May 5, 2025
- Non-Binding Offers Begin: May 19, 2025
- Acceptance Date (Signing Day): July 8, 2025

Online Commitment System (OCS)
All players offered a spot with Vision Volleyball Club will receive an email on the Acceptance Date via the Online Commitment System (OCS) to commit their acceptance. Emails from OCS will come from offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com, NOT from Vision Volleyball Club directly. These emails often go to Junk or Spam - be sure to check there if not received on the morning of the Acceptance Date.
Please confirm your athlete is in this system to avoid any delays in receiving this email. Instructions provided below.
ONLINE COMMITMENT SYSTEM (OCS) PARENT INSTRUCTIONS
The Online Commitment System (OCS) is used by the North Texas Region to ensure the offer and acceptance by both the Club & Athlete. This system provides real-time status of athletes so that clubs can assure they are not in violation of the Offer and Acceptance Policy.
We ask that all parents with a player trying out for Vision Volleyball Club take a moment to confirm their athlete is listed in the OCS System. All USAV North Texas Region Players from the previous years should be in the system. If your player is not listed, please take a moment to get her added to allow the Club to send an official offer on the Acceptance Date should the Club choose to make one.
Instructions to Check or Add an Athlete:
- Athlete/Family should visit the Public OCS site https://ntr.vstarvolleyball.com/ocs/index.php
- Select the ‘Verify E-mail’ link to assure you have an email confirmed to work with OCS.
- If the Athlete played last year, they should be in the system. You can make sure by selecting ‘Add My Player’. Submit Last Name and DOB to confirm the Athlete is in the System.
- If the player is NOT in the OCS, you can continue to add the Athlete.
