McKenna Mendoza brings 14 years of volleyball experience as a libero to her role, with collegiate playing experience at both Iowa Wesleyan University and the University of the Southwest, where she earned her degree in Pre‑Nursing. As a coach, McKenna emphasizes hard work, discipline, teamwork, and positive communication. She is passionate about helping athletes develop not only their volleyball skills, but also confidence, character, and a genuine love for the game. Her commitment extends beyond the court as she mentors players to grow both as athletes and as individuals.
