Dynasty Andrews, a graduate of Bluefield State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology, brings a strong background in volleyball as both a collegiate athlete and emerging coach. Throughout her college career, she competed at a high level, beginning at Odessa College before transferring to Bluefield State University, where she continued to develop her game as a middle blocker and right-side hitter. During her time at Odessa College, Andrews played a key role in the program’s success, including an NJCAA National Tournament appearance in her sophomore season, while earning recognition as an honorable mention all-WJCAC performer and a two-time first-team WJCAC and NJCAA all-academic student athlete. A middle blocker for the Wranglers, Andrews played in 57 matches and 190 sets and amassed 277 kills, a .208 attack percentage, 149 digs, and 131 total blocks. Andrews raised her attack percentage from her freshman season 48 points to .231 with 1.43 kills per set. After Odessa, Andrews transferred to Bluefield State University, overcoming injury in her junior year, she rebounded to have a strong 2025 campaign, demonstrating resilience and versatility throughout 32 matches (102 sets) and hitting .137 with 129 kills as a middle blocker and right-side hitter. She averaged 0.74 blocks and 0.57 digs per set in the 2025 season. Andrews has since begun her coaching journey as an assistant coach with the Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragons, where she is passionate about mentoring student-athletes and contributing to their development both on and off the court. Continuing her dedication to both athletics and personal development, Andrews will compete at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the Fall of 2026, pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselor Education.
