Program Overview
Our program is designed as a progressive training model delivered across three separate 12-week sessions, allowing athletes in grades 1st–5th to continue building and advancing their skills throughout the full program. Each session builds on the previous one – moving athletes from foundational skills to confident gameplay in a structured, age-appropriate, and engaging environment, while also preparing them for a smooth and confident transition into club volleyball.
Session 1: Foundation
Build the base. Create confidence. Athletes develop essential fundamentals through passing, movement, and controlled ball contact, while being introduced to serving – all within a fun, high-energy environment designed to keep them engaged and confident.
Session 2: Skill Integration
Train consistency. Introduce team play. Focus shifts to refining core skills like passing and setting, while introducing offensive/defensive transitions and structured rally play to connect individual skills into game flow.
Session 3: Game Play Integration
Apply skills. Compete with confidence. Athletes transition into gameplay through 4v4 and 6v6 formats, learning rotations, positions, and decision-making while building consistency under pressure.

Program Schedule
- Training Days: Tuesday & Thursday
- Time: 5:00–6:30 PM
Session 1: August 18 – November 5
- Mid-session start: September 29
Session 2: November 10 – February 18
- Mid-session start: January 12
- No Training: November 23–27, December 21 – January 1
Session 3: February 23 – May 20
- Mid-session start: April 13
- No Training: March 16–20
Registration – Open Now!
Full Session Commitment: For the best experience and maximum development, we strongly recommend registering for the full 12-week session, which secures your athlete’s spot from start to finish of each session. Athletes who train two days per week consistently see the greatest overall improvement.
Best Value Savings: Families who register for all three sessions upfront receive a 5% savings, providing both the best value and long-term continuity in training and development.
Half-Session Option (Limited Availability): We offer a 6-week (half-session) registration option beginning at Week 7; however, this option is subject to availability. If a session reaches capacity at registration opening, athletes will not be added mid-session. Openings will only become available when registration for the next session begins.
