Program Overview
Session 1: Foundation
Build the base. Create confidence. Athletes develop essential fundamentals through passing, movement, and controlled ball contact, while being introduced to serving – all within a fun, high-energy environment designed to keep them engaged and confident.
Session 2: Skill Integration
Train consistency. Introduce team play. Focus shifts to refining core skills like passing and setting, while introducing offensive/defensive transitions and structured rally play to connect individual skills into game flow.
Session 3: Game Play Integration
Apply skills. Compete with confidence. Athletes transition into gameplay through 4v4 and 6v6 formats, learning rotations, positions, and decision-making while building consistency under pressure.

Program Schedule
- Training Days: Tuesday & Thursday (two days and one day options available)
- Time: 5:00–6:30 PM
Session 1: August 18 – November 5
- Mid-session start: September 29
Session 2: November 10 – February 18
- Mid-session start: January 12
- No Training: November 23–27, December 21 – January 1
Session 3: February 23 – May 20
- Mid-session start: April 13
- No Training: March 16–20

Best Value Savings: Families who register for all three sessions upfront receive a 5% savings, providing both the best value and long-term continuity in training and development.
Half-Session Option (Limited Availability): 6-week registration begins at Week 7 and is available only if space remains. Athletes cannot be added mid-session once a session reaches capacity. Available openings will be released when registration for the next session opens.
