bio

Kaylan Domek (“KK”) is a current collegiate volleyball player at East Texas Baptist University, where she will enter her sophomore year in Fall 2026. She transferred to ETBU this past spring from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where she competed at the NCAA Division I level. At ETBU, KK competes in beach volleyball while pursuing a degree in Sports Management.

KK began her club volleyball career in the DFW area at age 11, playing for some of the region’s most competitive programs, including TAV, Skyline, and Drive Nation. While at TAV, she was a runner‑up finalist at the Girls Junior National Championship (GJNC). Throughout her club career, she competed on top‑level teams and had the opportunity to train alongside elite athletes while being coached by some of the most respected coaches in the sport. These experiences helped her develop the skill set, discipline, and competitive mindset needed to succeed at the collegiate level.

Her background across multiple high‑level programs provided her with a deep understanding of technical skill development, game IQ, and the work ethic required to compete at the highest levels of volleyball. KK brings this knowledge and experience directly into her coaching.

KK is passionate about working with young athletes and helping them develop into the players – and people – they aspire to become. Her top priority is guiding youth athletes who have big goals and dreams, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and mentality needed to reach the next level, just as she did throughout her own volleyball journey.
