Lila Malkoc discovered her passion for volleyball in fifth grade and competed at the club level through her sophomore year of high school. Today, she channels that same enthusiasm into her role as an assistant coach at Vision, where she’s dedicated to motivating young athletes, fostering growth, and instilling a lifelong love for the game.
In addition to coaching, Lila is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing and works as a personal trainer—blending her commitment to fitness with her drive to help others achieve their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys playing sand volleyball with friends, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with her family.
